The Standard Double Room offered ample space with two large beds, perfect for a couple. the atmosphere felt welcoming despite some hiccups.

The early deposit procedure was confusing. I paid 6000 Czech Korona expecting a refund of the 600 extra, which hasn't come yet. Parking wasn't guaranteed as advertised, and charges jumped unexpectedly from 10 to 20 euros, leading to an unpleasant surprise at check-in. The total cost turned out to exceed what I initially calculated, which was disheartening.

the quality hotel offers a nice location, close to shopping and entertainment. i enjoyed my stay in the standard twin room, which was spacious and clean. the front desk staff, except for check-in, were great at handling daily issues, showing professionalism amidst challenges. additionally, the on-site mini gym equipped with a sauna was a nice touch for relaxation.

It was just a well-suited match for a brief pit stop in Brno with value for price. The breakfast area was a nice space to relax in, even if the staff were a bit indifferent. Consider using the pre-check in option to save time when arriving.
